1630hrs: 下楼运动，下雨, 我每天早晚的步行运动是风雨不改的, 走在组屋底层和连接组屋的有盖走道, 步行40分钟。之后, 雨停了, 步行去裕廊坊Banquet吃晚餐, 吃Nasi Padang. 用会员卡付账, 有10%折扣.
Daily Log (04/11/2011):
1630hrs: Despite it was raining, I did my daily brisk walking as usual this evening. I did it under covered walkway linked between HDB blocks and HDB block basement area. Brisk walking for 40 minutes. The rain stopped, I walked to Jurong Point for dinner at Banquet. I took Nasi Padang using membership card to pay, and I had a 10% discount.
