0950 – 1125hrs: 我去哥哥家拜年, 他住在金文泰. I visited my elder brother who stayed at Clementi.

哥哥比我大一年半, 有三个完成大学已经出嫁了女儿, 有四个外孙. 两男两女, 最大的外孙上小学二年级. 好幸福.  My brother one and a half year my senior, he have 3 completed university married daughters and 4 grandchildren. 2 boys and 2 girls. The oldest granddaughter is in primary 2. God blessed.

0100 hrs: 睡前量体重: 69.0 kg. 那是过去三天在马六甲大快朵颐的结果. I checked body weight before go to bed: 69.0 kg. It was the result of having eaten too much in the past three days in Malacca.

0610hrs: 起床. 量体重: 68.1kg, Woke up. checked body weight: 68.1kg.  

0945hrs: 我抵达女皇镇基督渔人团契, 听华语主日讲道. I arrived at Queenstown The ‘Fisherman of Christ’ Fellowship attended the Preaching Service conducted in Mandarin.

1100 - 1230hrs: 华语主日讲道结束后, 上主日学的穆道班. I attended Sunday School.

1240hrs: 离开女皇镇基督渔人团契, Albert驾车, Helen, Joyce和我, 加上一位Andy, 一共 五人. 另一辆车Chris驾驶, 也坐了五人. 我们先去西海岸一家餐厅吃午餐. We left The ‘Fisherman of Christ’ Fellowship. Albert was driving, Helen, Joyce and I, plus Andy, 5 of us in one car, and another 5 people in another  car driven by Chris.  First, we went for lunch at a restaurant at West Coast.

1350 - 1500hrs: 吃过午餐后, 我们去Mr and Mrs Chris家拜年, 他家在23楼的一个245方米的公寓. 好一个美轮美奂的家. After lunch we made Chinese new year visit to Mr and Mrs Chris at 23^rd floor, a 245 sq meter condominium home. It is a magnificent unit.

1550hrs: 步行运动40分钟, Brisk walking exercise for 40 minutes.

1630hrs: 步行去裕廊战备军人俱乐部. Walked to SAFRA Jurong.

1640hrs: 开始游泳. Started swimming.

1710hrs: 完成1000米. Completed swimming 1000m.

1015 – 1130hrs: 去某某综合诊所看牙医例行检查。Attended dental appointment for routine check at XYZ Polyclinic Dental Centre.

1300hrs 我去SSC (薪金服务中心) 索取牙医药费补偿. I went to SSC (Salary Service Centre) to reimburse dentall bill

1400 – 1800 hrs: 玩摆家乐, 重新布置家俱I rearranged my home, shifting furniture..    

在某某综合诊所看牙医, 付费时, 要求复印一张收费发票, 出纳员要收五角钱服务费, 她说是诊所定下的规矩.. I asked for an addition receipt ,the cashier asked for $0.50 for a photocopy.

大年初三, 为了一张复印要收五角钱, 我和那出纳员闹的很不愉快. On this Lunar new Year 3^rd day, for photocopy of a receipt charge $0.50 made me had an unpleasant encountered with the cashier.

我年轻时, 很节俭, 不随便花费. 我为将来而储蓄.

When I was young, I was very thrifty, I did not spend money unnecesay and I saved for future.

我 没有出门, 也没有人上门拜年. I stayed at home all day and no one came to visit me.

8 频道傍晚的《步步惊心》和U频道《善德女王》同在七点播出, 我要追看U频道《善德女王》, 错过了《步步惊心》. Every evening at 1900hrs, both Channel 8 and Channel U are broadcasting drama series at the same time. I was following Channel U,  hence, I  missed Channel 8.

1440 – 1630hrs: 上网看《步步惊心》第1, 2集. I watched the missed Channel 8 drama series episode 1and 2 on inter-net.

1630hrs: 步行运动40分钟, Brisk walking exercise for 40 minutes.

1900 - 2030hrs: 继续上网看《步步惊心》第3集. Continued watching the missed Channel 8 drama series episode 3 on inter-net.

MioTV收播器

0745hrs: 今天迟一个钟头起床, 晨运后, 步行去裕廊坊24小时营业的职总霸级超级市场买一包全麦面包. 在那里500克全麦面包卖$1.65. 我来到职总霸级超级市场, 看见收银处大排长龙. 改变主意, 去某某便利店买. 在那里500克全麦面包卖$2.00 (不同牌子).  

0745hrs: I was late for one hour this morning. After brisk walking exercise, I went to Jurong Point NTUC Xtra – a 24 hour hypermarket to buy a bag of wholemeal bread for 500 gm at $1.65. When I saw a long queue at the cashier, I gave up, and I went to a nearby convenience stores instead, There sale at $2.00 (not the same brand).

上个月(12月), 女儿买了一个平板电脑, 要买一片和手机相同号码的SIM卡, 收费是$48.90. 如果装置MIO TV收播器, 每月付$9.90, 便可以豁免付SIM卡收费$48.90. 还有MIO TV收播器可以只用一个月. 一个月之后可以随意结束MIO TV收播器装置, 不必再付款.

她决定接受MIO TV收播器装置, 只付$9.90得到SIM卡, 也可以有一个月时间看MIO TV上的电视节目.

Last month (December), my daughter bought a iPad, and had to buy a SIM card which born the common number with her hand-phone for the iPad.  The SIM card was charged $48.90, but if you install a unit of MIO TV device at home, it charged $ 9.90 per month and could be waived from payment of the SIM card. Furthermore, the MIO TV could be terminated after one month if you did not want to continue.

Hence, she accepted the installation of a MIO TV device, and paid $ 9.90 to get the SIM card, at the same time have one month period to watch the MIO TV programme.

1130hrs: 我和女儿去裕廊坊SingNet交还MIO TV收播器,

1130hrs: My daughter and I went to SingNet at Jurong Point to terminate MioTV.

排队拿挂号时, SingNet职员来说, 人太多, 会等很久, 建议我们去Singapore Post, 也可以办理交还MIO TV收播器的程序. 我们去Singapore Post, 在1220hrs把MIO TV收播器交还了.

As we were queuing to be issued with a queue number, a SingNet staff suggested that we could return the device and terminate MioTV at Singapore Post. We went to Singapore Post and managed to terminate MioTV there at 1220hrs.
