A birthday present for myself
I do house cleaning once weekly to vacuum and mop the floor. Thank you, Heavenly Father. I was afforded to get an executive HDB apartment of an area of 134 square meters after working 37 years. I did the cleaning myself today. I didn't have a domestic helper to do the cleaning for me. I took the chore as physical activity.
I made a pair of spectacles in Melaka, at Dataran Pahlawan Megamall, during my last 4 days 3 night holidays free and easy tour. It took one week to do a pair of spectacles with the progressive lens, so I was not able to collect the spectacles on the same day or the next day. The spectacles sent to my house today (02 January).
I found that the model of spectacles worn by young people was the old fashion that in my late father generation, it looks pity nice, hence, I wanted to have a pair spectacle of that model for myself. I surf the Internet and found the model, but the optical shops in Singapore are out of stock, and the price is expensive, I don’t want to pay too much.
Buying things is one of the main purposes of going across the causeway. During the 4 days and 3 nights trip to Malacca last week, I found the model of the spectacles which I longed for at an optical shop, and the price is 50% of Singapore, which was the budget I was willing to pay. So, I bought it as a birthday present for myself, I am 69 soon.

我发现到年轻人戴的眼镜，款式是先父年代老人家戴眼镜的款式，我也想拥有一副。从互联网上找着了，但是新加坡各眼镜店都缺货，价钱不菲，不想太破费，所以只想而不为。买东西是国人出国的主要目的之一，在这4天3夜马六甲之行，我得偿所愿，走遍眼镜店，居然给我找到了我梦寐以求的眼镜款式，价钱是新加坡的50%，在我愿意付出的预算，我就给自己买了这份生日礼物，我69了，感谢主一直眷顾着我69年。感谢主。
