Wise man have vision ahead, get advanced awareness of
coming crisis, stay out of trouble and able to save manpower and material. For
example: for public work, coordinate various departments, do not dig the road
every day, i.e. one department has just completed a project, covered the road,
less than a month dig again by another department. I have witnessed a newly
built bus stop, dismantled by another department, because of their project.
There was a congenitally blind man, who did not know that
he is blind, because blind since birth, and often wondering why other people
have the ability to know in advance to have a ball coming to him, pulled him
get away.
Somebody explained to him that people have 5 senses,
sight, hearing, smell, touch, taste. They see in advance that there is a ball
flying to hit him and caution him to avoid it.
Wish that because of their office position capacities,
ministers would obtain information in advance, through the analyze of the information,
they have the ability plan in order to save manpower and resources.

有智慧者，能高瞻远瞩，预先警觉危机和有预算，大者能趋吉避凶，小者能节省人力物力。例如：公共工程，安排好各部门，统筹公共工程，不必天天挖掘马路，部门甲完成了，不到几天部门乙又来挖掘马路，新建的巴士车站，部门丙又把它折除，因为要做工程。
有一先天瞎子，不知自己是个瞎子，因为出生以来就失明，常常迷惑为什麽别人有能力预先知到有一皮球向他飞来，拉开他闪避。
人们向他解释说，人有5器官，视觉，听觉，嗅觉，触觉，味觉。能预先知到有一皮球向他飞来是视觉。
我们凡人只有5器官，不平凡的人有第6感，能有预感。希望下一届的部长，即便没有第6感，也要因为所担任的职位，预先得到讯息，分析讯息，有能力高瞻远瞩，大者趋吉避凶，小者节省人力物力。切记，切记。
